Ms Maria Xenophontos – HELIOS Young Researchers and Innovators Monthly (Online) Discussion Club
Our monthly discussion club is back!
We invite all HELIOS members to our upcoming presentation by Ms Maria Xenophontos from the Cyprus Institute of Neurology & Genetics. The topic of discussion will be her project “Enhancing structural Haemoglobin variant annotation and data quality” and her short-term scientific mission (STSM) funded by the HELIOS COST Action CA22119 with Prof. Celeste Bento, an expert laboratory geneticist at Coimbra University Hospital (CHUC), in Portugal.
The event will be held online through the Microsoft Teams platform on the 17th of September at 3 pm EEST.
Organiser: HELIOS Young Researchers and Innovators Monthly Discussion Club are organized by HELIOS Young and Innovators Coordinator Dr. Eleni Gavriilaki
The discussion club provides a platform for networking and exchanging insights on hemoglobinopathies research projects and innovative concepts, specifically within the Young Researchers and Innovators Group associated with the HELIOS Cost Action. If you wish to showcase your work and engage in our discussion session, please reach out to us by sending an email to Young Researchers and Innovators Coordinator Dr Eleni Gavriilaki at [email protected] or to HELIOS Grant Manager Dr Sotiroula Chatzimatthaiou at [email protected].
If you wish to become part of the HELIOS COST Action, please apply through the following link.
